Pierre has a long-standing reputation as a “serial entrepreneur” and has spent over 40 years working directly with business owners to improve their properties, operations, their growth, and profitability. Pierre co-founded HallsMark Management Group LLC with his lovely wife Denise. Pierre is a persistent fighter spending many years coping with a serious illness. In 2019 he was blessed with a kidney transplant, so his fighting will continue for you, the business owners on main street. He has personally helped manage hundreds of individuals and businesses across the United States and continues to work to further the interests of other business owners like himself. Pierre's primary objective in every interaction is to put the client's interests first. In support of that directive, Pierre has built a company culture based on a code of honor, courage, wisdom, faith, perseverance, and loyalty. The foundation of his value system was started by his mother as a young man raised in the south. His deeply rooted personal code is what he demands of himself every day and is what he asks his employees and agents of HallsMark to embrace. A husband and a father of 7, he stands committed to his family, church, community, and his employees, agents, and clients.

Denise has an extensive background in management. Her experience includes positions within privately held businesses and in the corporate sector. She has directly supervised staff, and associates in day-to-day operations and in all aspects of workflow management. In addition, Denise has been involved in numerous start-ups in a number of regions. She brings extensive experience from business operations to customer service management. Denise has also invested time working with several successful beauty companies, assuming responsibilities for a wide variety of functions. Throughout her career, she has excelled in staffing, training, process development, and adherence to government standards and regulations. Denise also is a Paul Mitchell-trained professional, who finish at the top of her class and was told by a senior manager, in her opinion, "Denise was the best student that can through Paul Mitchell in 14 years." Denise passed the state board and received her Cosmetology and Instructors' License. In 2014 Denise open Pretty In Pink Beauty Solon. Denise is a Christian and happily married with 7 children.
